By purchasing a ticket for the Church Conference, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold for a three-day conference, and the total cost is $150/person. Children under the age of 16 can attend the conference at no charge. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you understand the event details and agree to the ticket price.
3. Payment
Full payment for the ticket must be made at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods will be PayPal or Credit Card as outlined during the checkout process.
4. Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid for the duration of the three-day conference. Tickets must be presented at the conference entrance for verification.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In the event of cancellation of the conference due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), attendees will be offered a credit towards a future event or a full refund, at the discretion of the church.
6. Liability Waiver
By attending the conference, you acknowledge and agree that the church is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during the event.
7. Media Release
By participating in the conference, you grant permission for the church to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional and social media consumption purposes.
8. Changes to Events
The church reserve the right to change the schedule, speakers, or other aspects of the conference as necessary.
